Technological innovation of YLRLED on flexible screens
As YLRLED technology department continues to work hard for research and development year after yea,We have developed the sixth-generation flexible module.
1. The Thickness of module is 7.6mm,which is more lighter and thinner ,and make the Screen Flat .
2. 6mm diameter of copper column ,6 gaps were opened,make tin climbing better and the flexible LED module more thrust-resistant.
3. The diameter of the disk is increased from 8mm to 9.5mm, and the suction is stronger.
4. The copper column adopts a new non-convex process. The PCB board does not punch copper column holes, the lamp surface is free of rosin and flux, and the lamp beads are not virtually welded.
5. The soft bottom shell is made of environmentally friendly silicone material + original 3M rubber strip, which is seamlessly bonded to the PCB board, without degumming or warping angle.
